Shannon & Kasey's proposal at LUX* South Ari Atoll

The brief

Shannon and Kasey were on a family holiday at LUX* South Ari Atoll in Alifu Dhaalu, with their children, when Kasey planned the question. He worked with Ikebana Maldives on every detail. One June evening, while the family were still at the pool, we built the set on Senses Beach: fresh roses on the sand, ringed with tapers and candelabra, timed so the candles came up as the sun went down. Shannon, expecting their next child, said yes with the children running on the sand around them. Asad Photo took the stills and Sovile the film.
