What we make.

You have a venue and a date, and you want the ceremony, the table and the room designed with restraint.

Concept & theme design

A concept built from who you are and where you are marrying, explained in full before anything is ordered.

2D & 3D concept design

Floor plans, elevations and renders of the backdrop, the table and the small things, so you can see the scheme before the island does.

Ceremony florals

Arches, arbours, aisle stems and sandbank installations designed for wind, salt and the last hour of light.

Table & venue styling

Tablescapes, lighting, linen, signage and rentals: one scheme from the welcome board to the dessert table.

Bouquets & personal flowers

Bridal bouquets, buttonholes and hair flowers, made on the morning and delivered to the villa.

Rental inventory

Arch structures, LED candles, event chairs and more, available on their own. Ask for the current inventory catalogue.

Resort & brand installations

Lobby arrangements, seasonal installations, launch styling and gala tables for resorts and brands.

How we work.

One planner from the first call to the last table. A written concept, a costed proposal and a rundown everyone has signed, so the day itself is the easy part.

  1. 01

    Enquiry.

Tell us the occasion, the resort or atoll you have in mind, the date and the size of the group. We reply within 24 hours with an honest view of what is possible and hold the date. No fixed packages: every event is designed and quoted on its own terms.

  2. 02

    Your planner.

One of our planners is assigned to you and stays with you to the end, reachable by phone, WhatsApp or video call and on hand for urgent matters from signing to the day itself. One person holds the brief, the budget and the vendors.

  3. 03

    Concept and theme.

Your planner builds a concept around who you are: colour, florals, structures, lighting, table design and the shape of the day. Where you are unsure, we set out the options plainly. Key elements are drawn in 2D or rendered in 3D, so you see the set before it is built.

  4. 04

    Proposal and budget.

A tailored proposal with a budget sheet that breaks out every component, from the arch to the table numbers. We work to a stated budget and show where money makes a visible difference. Quotations include GST and service charge. A 50 % deposit confirms production.

  5. 05

    Team and venue.

We hand-pick the vendor team from our curated local network: florists, photographers, videographers, musicians, DJs, sound and lighting. Your planner walks the ceremony and dinner sites with the resort and agrees set-up times, sound limits and the wet-weather alternative.

  6. 06

    Rehearsal and rundown.

A written rundown sets out the day minute by minute for the vendor team and for you. The day before, we meet on site, walk the sequence and reconfirm every earlier conversation so nothing is assumed and nothing is missed.

  7. 07

    On the day.

Your planner and our production team are on the island from set-up to clear-down. We run the decoration sequence, cue the vendors and guide the couple, the party and the guests through the day. If the weather turns, the plan is already written and the call is made calmly.

  8. 08

    Afterwards.

We clear the set, return the resort to its team and settle with the vendors. Photographs and films come to you through the photographers we introduced. We stay in touch for the anniversary, the next celebration or next year's retreat.

Recent work.

Nothing from this kind of commission is published yet; this is the newest work across the studio, from the same islands and the same team.

Questions.

The practical answers for styling & florals: what it costs, how far ahead, what the resort does and what we do.

What does ikebana-inspired mean?

Fewer stems, more space and a line that leads the eye. We arrange with respect for the flower and the setting rather than crowding either. A sandbank at golden hour does not need a wall of roses; it needs the right structure, the right stems and light through both.

Do you work with resort events teams?

Constantly. Most resorts have a wedding coordinator and a basic décor package. We come in when a couple, a planner or a brand wants a designed scheme, and we coordinate directly with the resort's team on floor plans, timings and set-up.

Can we hire items without a full commission?

Yes. Our rental inventory includes arch structures, LED candles, event chairs and more. Ask and we send the current inventory catalogue with availability for your dates.

Can you get fresh flowers to a resort island?

Yes. We design around what travels well and what grows here, and the flowers travel with our crew on the resort transfer. Concept and theme design comes first, with 2D or 3D visuals, so nothing is ordered until you have seen the scheme.
