How we charge, and what you get.
There are no fixed packages. Every event is designed and quoted on its own, with our fee on one line and the island on the others, so you can see exactly what is Ikebana and what is the resort before you commit to anything.
One proposal, every line.
Multi-day programmes, crew size and rental inventory are quoted on the brief.
- 01
Our fee is its own line.
The planning, design and production fee is quoted separately, so the resort's price stays the resort's price.
- 02
Vendors at cost.
Photography, film, music, food beyond the resort, transfers and rentals are passed through at cost from the 20+ vendors we have kept for years, each on its own line.
- 03
One proposal in USD.
Concept, venue, vendor team and a full cost breakdown in one document, within five days of your enquiry and held for five days.
- 04
Taxes shown.
Quotations include government taxes (GST) and a 10 % service charge, both set out on their own lines.
- 05
50 % confirms production.
The deposit starts ordering, fabrication and vendor bookings. The balance is due before the event, on the date set in the proposal.
- 06
Changes quoted first.
Anything beyond the agreed design is priced before it is done, never after.
What arrives within five days.
Concept design is the beginning of what we do, not the whole of it. Every proposal is built from the same parts, whatever the event.
- Concept & theme design
- A concept built from who you are and where the event is, explained in full before anything is ordered.
- 2D and 3D visuals
- Floor plans and renders of the backdrop, the tables and the small things, so you see the scheme before the island does.
- Tentative budget sheet
- A detailed cost breakdown for every component, so you can decide where to spend and where to hold back.
- Venue hunting
- Advice, consultation, site visits and inspection-trip planning, with photographs if you have not yet seen the island.
- Vendor team
- Photographers, videographers, florists, musicians, DJs and crews, hand-picked from across the Maldives and quoted at cost.
- Guest accommodation & activities
- A resort or hotel with group rates for your guests, and pre- and post-event activities from sandbank trips to dinner under the stars.
- Event rundown
- A detailed timeline for the vendor team and for you, so everyone knows their part and what to expect.
- Rehearsal & run-through
- A meeting the day before with you and the wedding party, walking the sequence and confirming every earlier conversation.
- On-site management
- Your planner and crew on the island on the day, running set-up, cueing vendors and guiding guests, from set-up to the last song.
- One planner, one line
- By phone, video or message, from contract signing to the event.
