Enquire
Tell us the date and the island.
A wedding, a styling brief, a celebration or a retreat: a few questions is all we need. Your planner replies within 24 hours, 09:00–21:00 Maldives time, and the proposal that follows is held for five days while you decide.
Questions we are asked.
The practical answers: guests, budgets, deposits, dates, transfers and what the law allows.
I have sent an enquiry. What happens next?
Your enquiry goes into the event calendar and a planner is assigned to you. They reply within 24 hours to talk through the date, the venue and what you have in mind, and within five days you have a proposal with a full cost breakdown. From then on your planner is your one point of contact, by email, WhatsApp, phone or video call, from proposal to the last song.
What kinds of events do you organise?
Weddings, proposals, vow renewals, private celebrations and corporate retreats, conferences, galas and launches: on resort islands, yachts and sandbanks and in Malé. We take on any event that is lawful in the Maldives. If something you have in mind is restricted here, your planner tells you at the start and suggests what is possible instead.
How many guests can you accommodate?
From two to more than 500. An elopement for two and a five-day retreat for 80 delegates are both ordinary weeks for us. The guest count shapes the venue, the transfers and the crew, so tell us early, even roughly.
Do you offer packages?
No. The resort, the design, the florals and the guest count decide the cost, so a fixed package would either overcharge you or under-deliver. Every event is designed and quoted on its own, and the proposal shows each line so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Can you work to a budget?
Yes. Tell us the range in the form and your planner designs to it. You receive a detailed cost breakdown for every component, so you can decide where to spend and where to hold back before anything is confirmed. If the range and the brief do not meet, we say so plainly.
What does a quotation include?
Every compulsory charge is set out in the quotation once the design is agreed. Prices include government taxes (GST) and a 10 % service charge; both are shown on their own lines. Anything beyond the agreed design, a late addition or a change of venue, is quoted before it is done, never after.
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
A 50 % deposit confirms production. Once it is paid, ordering, fabrication and vendor bookings begin and your planner takes the event through to the day. The balance is due before the event; the date is set in the proposal.
How far ahead do you take bookings?
From one month to two to five years ahead. Your planner sees the event through however far off the date is. December is peak season across the resorts, so those dates need booking months in advance; one month is the minimum for any event.
Can foreign couples marry legally in the Maldives?
No. Foreign couples cannot register a legal marriage here, so a resort wedding is a symbolic ceremony or a vow renewal, with the legal paperwork done at home before or after. Maldivian citizens marry through the Family Court, and we design the walimah and reception around it.
How do we get between islands?
Everyone arrives at Velana International Airport in Malé. Resort islands are reached by seaplane or speedboat, and some by a short domestic flight and a boat. Transfers are part of the plan: your planner books them for you, your guests and the crew, and builds the seaplane schedule into the rundown.
Can we hire items from your inventory?
Yes. Arch structures, LED candles, event chairs and more are available to hire on their own. Ask and we send the current inventory catalogue with availability for your dates.
How is a planner assigned, and how do we reach them?
Every enquiry is matched to a planner on receipt, based on the kind of event and the dates. From then on their line is yours for urgent matters, from contract to event day. Reach us by the form, email, Instagram or the direct hotline, +960 300 6002.
